Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with Skin & Shade. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address. We charge your payment method when you place the order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products
Product photos show the actual item. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Our products are cosmetics. Patch-test new products on a small area of skin first, and stop using anything that causes irritation. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.

Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Discount codes
Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and welcome codes can be used once per customer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place you live.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you place your order.
