Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer. Canada is coming next.

Delivery times
Each product page shows its delivery window in business days, counted from the day you order. That window includes the time it takes to make your order, usually 8 to 14 business days in total.

Costs
Orders over US$65 ship free. Below that, shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where orders ship from
Orders are made to order and ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the United States, so there are no customs duties to pay on delivery.

Tracking
Every order is tracked. We email the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delays
Holidays and carrier delays can add a few days. If your order is more than five business days past its window, email hello@skinandshade.com and we will chase it with the carrier. If it is lost, we replace it or refund you.

Addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can't be refunded, but we can send them again for the cost of shipping.
